The drive down was fine, mostly a 75mph drone along I-10 (nothing fell off the bike)
I got off the interstate for the last bit and rode through Sonoita, Sierra Vista, Bisbee (need to come back here with Lisa) and on to Douglas. Pretty, high desert, and mountains.
I'm staying at the Gadsden Hotel; it was built in 1907 and the Grand Lobby is just beautiful! The hotel is a bit run down but the staff was real nice and they are making improvements. Totally unexpected and WAY better than a Motel-6. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gadsden_Hotel
